AIDs goal is to provide care and services for individuals with physical, developmental, intellectual, and mental health disabilities. These services include housing programs, employment support classes, residential and outpatient mental health services, and more, all dedicated to creating a sense of independence, confidence, and self-sustainability. 





​Defy Ventures is on a mission to shift mindsets to give people with criminal histories their best shot at a second chance. Our vision is to cut the recidivism rate in half by leveraging entrepreneurship as a tool to increase economic opportunity and transform lives. Through in-prison and post-release programming, Defy Ventures challenges currently and formerly incarcerated men and women to channel their interests and talents into legal business ventures and careers. We support Entrepreneurs in Training (EITs) from incarceration through reentry into the community, providing entrepreneurship, employment, and personal development training to improve well-being and reentry success. Defy builds an authentic, supportive community between EITs and executive volunteers.​


Ecker Center is a behavioral health organization that offers an array of comprehensive services for youth, adolescents, and adults.  Treatment is carefully planned and customized for each person based on their individual needs and strengths. ​


 

While FSA provides mental health resources to people of all ages, their focus is on youth and their families.  Services include: outpatient therapy available in multiple settings including office, homes, schools and library, mental health juvenile justice, mentoring, and 24/7 mobile crisis response.  FSA also works in partnership with the Aurora Police Department in their Crisis Intervention Team Enhanced services.  All services are dedicated to building stronger families for stronger communities.


​Combating food insecurity, FFGE provides food distribution services during the day and evening, preserving dignity providing a shopping experience allowing people to choose from fresh produce, meat, dairy, and shelf-stable items. They also offer an app that lets you avoid long lines.



Footprints to Recovery offers drug and alcohol addiction treatment programs tailored to fit the needs of an individual best. FTR offers medical detox, residential housing programs, partial care programs, outpatient, sober living programs, and have a licensed recovery home here in Illinois, all created with a sense of community and camaraderie in mind. 





Greater Family Health provides health care services for pediatric patients, women, including gynecological and prenatal care, adults and seniors, and to the LGBTQ+ community. Additionally, Greater Family Health offers dental care for children and adults and behavioral health services, including counseling, psychiatry, and substance use disorder treatment. Greater Family Health’s mission is “to provide quality, affordable health care for all, including those without the ability to pay.” They welcome most insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, most PPO/HMO Plans, and qualifying uninsured patients have access to the Sliding Fee Discount Program. Patient Support Services are available including health benefits enrollment, translation services, care and case management, discounted pharmaceuticals, transportation assistance and more.”​


​Latino Treatment Center helps individuals and their families overcome the challenges they may be facing due to their substance use disorder. All of their services are offered in Spanish and English. They offer Intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, group counseling, individual counseling for adults and adolescents as well as family counseling.


 

Dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals dealing with homelessness, PADs shelter provides services to fight housing insecurity for good. Meeting the basic needs of individuals first, PADS offers a safe place to sleep, laundry services, meals, personal hygiene products, and showers. Followed by case management services, action plans work on skills tailored to that individual.



​RCA offers treatment programs for alcohol and drug addiction, including inpatient and supervised detox programs. RCA works with all individuals over 18, including those that have tried other recovery programs. In South Elgin, they offer PHP (partial hospitalization program), IOP (intensive outpatient programming), and  GOP (general outpatient programming). 




 

 

Providing patient-centered health care VNA welcomes everyone, those with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, or no insurance at all. VNA offers primary care and preventive health services including family practice, women's health, including free pregnancy testing, OB/GYN and mammography, pediatric care including vaccinations, mental and behavioral health services including Medication Assisted Treatment for substance use disorders, dental, vision and podiatry care, and low-cost prescription medications. VNA also provides COVID-19 care, testing and vaccination services. VNA delivers care in health center, community and home settings.
