Kane County State's Attorney's Office Branch Locations

​​​​​All traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance violation and conservation violation non-jury cases are heard at Kane Branch Court. Jury trials that arise from a case heard at Kane Branch Court will go to Courtroom 217 at the Judicial Center.

Cases from various communities are heard in the Aurora and Elgin branch courts. The Aurora court hears cases from Aurora, North Aurora, Montgomery, Sugar Grove and the Fox Valley Park District. Elgin court cases come from Elgin, South Elgin, Carpentersville, East Dundee, West Dundee, Sleepy Hollow and Gilberts.

Orders of Protection are done at the Aurora and Elgin locations.​
