A. We represent the victims of crimes that occur in Kane County, Illinois. The SAO also represents Kane County officials and offices in civil matters.
Q. Who does the Kane County SAO not represent?
A. We do not represent private citizens in any civil proceeding. We do not represent any city, village, township or their agencies in any civil proceeding. We do not represent any party in matters specifically involving immigration/citizenship status.
